Enjoy a fabulous vacation in the Costa del Sol in our spacious fully furnished one bedroom apartment with lots of natural light, ceiling fans and air conditioning for comfort, large bathroom, good size kitchen and private south-east facing balcony.
The apartment has been decorated in a clean modern style with attention to detail.
- The bedroom has 2 twin size beds, large closet, a night table and sea views from its unique style window
- Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, please bring your own pool and beach towels
- Cleaning and linen and/or towel changes are done on the change over for guests. Extra cleaning and towel and linen changes can be arranged at an additional charge
- In the living area you will find a double sofa bed, flat panel TV and a cosy leatherette chair. A folding door in this room can be closed for privacy
- The dining area has a large glass round table and comfortable chairs. Full set of dinner ware, glasses, cups, wine glasses and silver ware are provided
- There is a second large closet in the living/dinning area where you can find an iron and ironing board. Glass sliding doors allow access to the balcony, and ceiling fans are in living room and bedroom
- Two air condition units. One in the main living space and the second one in the bedroom
- The kitchen is fully fitted with cooking utensils, pots and pans, a toaster/oven, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and laundry machine
- The private Medina del Zoco complex has beautiful communal gardens, a large swimming pool, a small wadding pool, sun loungers and a private tennis court (across the road) that will make of your Costa del Sol holidays a wonderful experience. Did we mention that the beach is only 3 blocks away?
- Apartment is on the first level, the balcony faces the street
- Ample off street parking in front of the apartment complex is available
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment
- Pets are not allowed at any time in the unit
- Parties are forbidden
- Please bring your own beach towels. Do not use the provided bathroom towels for the pool or beach
